Synopsis: The KGB has broken a group of the mental insane out of a prison hospital. They kidnap a rich industrialist and his daughter, killing his wife and other family members. A CIA agent who knows Jack Sullivan contacts him, and explains a high ranking CIA official is really a KGB plant, and has stopped him from investigating the KGB connection. The mother of the rich kidnap victim hires The Specialist to go after them, and bring her son and granddaughter home.
