Note: The first publication, as "Advertisement", is not credited, and ends without a closing name, date, or location (pp. [i]-ii, viewed at HathiTrust). Our record of that 1813 publication notes: "The translator (and author of the original short 'The Storm') was revealed to be 'Mrs. Utterson' in relation to an 1820 reprint, though no scan of that or any later 19th century edition is available online at this time (August 2015)." The plural title of 2018 is from the Contents list (viewed as "Look inside" at Amazon UK 2019-12-19; ebook only, no page numbers). That suggests the anthology contains material from a later edition or printing of Tales of the Dead, perhaps that which identifies Mrs. Utterson, etc. The "Look" contains all of the Foreword and Publisher's Note, but they say nothing about the "Prefaces".
