Note: Numerous booksellers perhaps including 10 at ABEbooks offer the 1966 Whiting and Wheaton 1st ed. and provide images that show front cover/jacket design identical to that of the 1974 Macdonald ed. (the only image in the database 2017-11-10). Several show that the spine design is identical, although lettered "Whiting & Wheaton" rather than "MACDONALD" at the bottom/right. Some mention that the purported 1966 book contains the Introduction by Noel Streatfeild, as stated on the front cover. At WorldCat 2017-11-10: library records as 1966 do not report the Streatfeild introduction and do report page-count 127, same as the 1974 and 1980s eds.
