- The Occult Publishing Company's second edition (Boston, 1890) contains a new Appendix, "A Rosicrucian Institution in Switzerland", pp. 183-88. The 1910 Theosophical Society ed. also contains that Appendix, pp. 175-80.
- HathiTrust Digital Library provides full views of those three US editions with original covers. See the publication records.
- The stated "Second Edition, Revised" (1910, with foretitle With the Adepts) is translated from the German Unter den Adepten und Rosenkreuzern. Library records report both 174 and 180 pages for William Rider & Son (UK) publications as year 1910, which suggests that some contain the 1890 Appendix as pp. 175-80 and some do not.

With the Adepts. An Adventure Among the Rosicrucians | 1910-00-00 | Franz Hartmann | William Rider & Son | 2/6?Prior to decimilisation (1968-1971), UK books were priced
in shillings, or shillings and pence, where 20 shillings
equals one pound and 12 old pence equals one shilling.
Shillings were indicated with a variety of suffixes, e.g.
3s, 3', 3", 3/ all mean 3 shillings. Any number after that
is additional pence, usually 6 (half a shilling) but
sometimes 3 or 9 (a quarter of a shilling or three-quarters
of a shilling). |
