Viewed at HathiTrust Digital Library (HDL) as cover illustration of the US edition (3rd and 5th printings, Dec 1902 and Dec 1903) and the Canada edition (Morang, 1902). Entered in the database, but not confirmed, for the US 1st printing, Sep 1902. HDL provides full view of one copy that lacks the original cover.
