Synopsis: In a dystopian post-nuclear-war American city, a scavenger of pre-apocalyptic video and audio recordings and equipment becomes enmeshed in a struggle between humans who had been created by the military before the war with the ability to transfer between bodies at will, and the spirits summoned by Voodoo practitioners attempting to repair society to the benefit of humanity.
