Synopsis: This story takes up a character invented by Stanislaw Lem in A Perfect Vacuum: Patrick Hannahan, the supposed author of the fictitious novel Gigamesh. Vaquerizo proposes that Hannahan was a mathematician who worked in computerized semantic analysis, and tells of his participation in the Cold War.
