Note: This work was advertised by the publisher as the so-called "Pilotfolge" (engl. "pilot") of the first season of the Doors series, similar to a television pilot of a television series. However, the text is, after a rough comparison, the same or at least very similar to the first pages of each of the three novels of the first season of the Doors series. I.e. it's rather an excerpt than a standalone work.
