Synopsis: Examines the nature of cyber war in relation to physical warfare, with focus on the theft of information, the destruction or damage of information, the damage of property, and injury and death of people as factors that might or might not lead us to consider the hacking of a computer system to be an act of war. Considers the extent that cyberwar might be progress over traditional physical war and the loss of life and injury it entails.
