Note: The publisher's page for Chats with the Dead states "Published in the UK as The Seven Moons of Maali Almeida". Wikipedia indicates that the latter was revised from this original release. Comparing an extract of the opening of "Chats with the Dead" with the Amazon preview of "Seven Moons..." finds much identical text (albeit with formatting and grammatical tweaks, etc), but also additional content added to the newer version.
