Note: This is an anthology, not a collection; most pages were not written by Vinge. It could be considered an expanded reprint of the Bluejay edition of the novella: it reuses the title novella and Minsky's afterword with only typographical changes, drops the illustrations, and adds 9 pieces by other authors (8 of them nonfiction) about cyberspace, cryptography, identity, anonymity, copy-protection, etc.
