Note: Not to be confused with the 1926 omnibus of the same title which included this story plus "The Moon Men" and "The Red Hawk". This story was originally published as a five-part serial in Argosy All-Star Weekly, beginning on May 5, 1923. It was reprinted as "Conquest of the Moon", a four-part serial in Modern Mechanics & Invention, beginning in November, 1928. It's first separate book publication was the 1962 Ace paperback edition.
