An English translation was published in 1894 as "Fairer-Than-A-Fairy" by Andrew Lang in The Yellow Fairy Book.
The story in The Book of Fairies by Michael Hague is the Lang version, but is credited to Charlotte-Rose Caumont de la Force by mistake. Both tales concern a princess named Fairer-than-a-Fairy & as Lang did not credit any author & titled the story the same as Mlle. de la Force's, a mix-up is understandable.
