Synopsis: A jazz musician who unfortunately happens to be a clone of the mayor and keeps getting various parts of his body harvested, seeks the protection of fellow jazz musicians who also happen to be Harlem Rangers; Harlem's sole protection from the vampires created by medical research gone wrong, after Harlem was abandoned by the government.
