Note: The diagram shows the eight stages a ship/crew must go through to arrive at a system 10 light years away in subjective time of less than a month. By traveling at 1/10th light speed for 50 years to a wormhole five light years away that delivers them 100 years into the past (in cryosleep) where they repeat the process of 50 years 1/10th light speed for the remaining five light-years and arrive at the target system within a few days of their original departure from Earth, having experienced only a few months of perceived time. The diagram occupies 1/2 the page and the explanation of each stage (abridged in this note) in eight parts, the rest of the page.
