Synopsis: A Briton posted to Africa as a cultural envoy for 5 years and about to return home is unexpectedly approached by an old schoolmate who requests aid in returning home himself. Upon his return, he discovers that England has become a chaotic dystopia, and also that his schoolmate is the latest man to walk on the moon, and is evading being picked up by the government.
