When you click on a title, the screen displays information about that title, followed by a list of all the publications for that title. If this title has any variants, they will be listed after the title data. If this title is itself a variant, the parent title will be listed, but other variants will not be listed.
See Philip K. Dick's Solar Lottery for an example. This was published as "World of Chance" in 1956, and you can see that each title display shows the existence of the other title, but only the parent title -- "Solar Lottery" -- gives all the information about the variant titles.
