If you notice that a book has incorrect information, you can usually update it by [[Help:How to update a publication|editing it]].  However, if you discover that one of the stories listed should not be there -- perhaps this is a variant edition of an anthology that drops some stories -- then the edit screen won't help, because it doesn't let you delete any of the contents of a book.  You'll run into the same problem if you need to delete artwork or an essay or poem, or reviews or interviews.

If you notice that a book has incorrect information, you can usually update it by editing it.

To delete these items, display the publication, and then you will see a link in the left navbar labelled "Remove Titles from this Pub". Clicking on this link will bring up a list of all the contents of the publication, with a checkbox against each one. Check the box for the ones you want to remove and click "Submit Data"; on approval by a moderator, this will delete those titles from this publication.
