Hazel Iris (Wilson) Addis is a British author and the husband of E. E. Addis. She writes under both "Hazel Iris Addis" (for various editions of the Cub Scout Manual and other books for Cub Scouts) and as Hazel Adair (for all other works). She is the author of Mahogany and Deal, Quoth the Raven, Stranger From Space (with Ronald Marriott), The Enamelled Bird-Cage, and The Darkest Hour. She was the co-creator with Peter Ling of the British soap operas Compact and Crossroads.
