Welcome!

Hello, NasHedron, and welcome to the ISFDB Wiki! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:

Note: Image uploading isn't entirely automated. You're uploading the files to the wiki which will then have to be linked to the database by editing the publication record.

Please be careful in editing publications that have been primary verified by other editors. See Help:How to verify data#Making changes to verified pubs. But if you have a copy of an unverified publication, verifying it can be quite helpful. See Help:How to verify data for detailed information.

I hope you enjoy editing here! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will insert your name and the date. If you need help, check out the community portal, or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome! Hauck 13:32, 17 March 2016 (UTC)

Luck and Death at the Edge of the World

Hello, I've approved your submission for this (your?) novel, result is here. I've made a few changes to conform to our standards: 1) deleted the number of page (transferred in the notes as it's highly variable), 2) added currency (I supposed that it's USD). What is the precise meaning of the review that you entered? As for now it means that a book called Chicanonautica: Strange Rumblings in the Global Barrio (unknown to us) by Ernest Hogan has been reviewed in your novel by Ernest Hogan. I suppose that's not what you meant. Note that if you own a copy of the book, It may be interesting to set you up as its Primary Verifier. Thanks for contributing. Hauck 13:42, 17 March 2016 (UTC)

Template:Ping Merci bien for your help Hauk. You're correct, Luck and Death is a novel of mine. You're entirely right about the errors I made in entering the review--I'm not very familiar with the format here as yet--so I'll fix that. I'd be happy to do Primary Verification for Luck and Death (and for other publications in the future). I'll look into the verification process, but if you have any suggestions about it that you'd like to pass along, please feel free to do so. --Nas 23:49, 18 March 2016 (UTC)
That review record came up on a clean-up report last night. So I removed it from the record and deleted it from the database. Mhhutchins|talk 00:15, 19 March 2016 (UTC)
