About the author (2012)
Geoffrey Mann was born 1934 in London, England. His childhood spent in Sri Lanka and Australia. Now a physician, he received his education in the sciences at London University, England, and later emigrated to North America in the 60s. Dr. Mann is the co-owner, founder, and editor of the first `Online E-book.com' publishing company and library, 1997 Tara Publishing Co Ltd, and `The Electric Book Store' with more than 130 titles, both of fiction and non-fiction. He is also the publisher of the first ever simultaneous, E-book and [Penguin] paperback release. He was rigorously trained in the 'literary arts' during the late seventies by Michael Sayers, the New York playwright and motion picture screenplay writer. `The Naked Mind' was written over the span of two years to bring the relationships between the human brain, physics and psyche together, and demonstrate this journey. It required using a non-emotional `platform' of robotic computer technology within the story to highlight concepts not yet considered possible for humans: To blend ancient alchemic technologies with hard, modern quantum physics --to lay bare the daily crucifixion of our body energy antenna `chakra' systems, distorted by our religions, beliefs, and sexuality.

Besides The Naked Mind the author has one other non-genre book in print.

  • Death Match (2012) A fictionalized report about the author attempting to arrange a fight between himself and a shark in the mid-1970s. He would be armed with a knife.

There may be a third Geoffrey Mann. He's a UK based author with one romance fiction book, In Pieces (2011). He has been confirmed to not be the same person as the one who wrote The Naked Mind and Death Matchthough it may be the person that we have at Geoffrey Mann.
