Note: Image uploading isn't entirely automated. You're uploading the files to the wiki which will then have to be linked to the database by editing the publication record.
Please be careful in editing publications that have been primary verified by other editors. See Help:How to verify data#Making changes to verified pubs. But if you have a copy of an unverified publication, verifying it can be quite helpful. See Help:How to verify data for detailed information.

Editing
Hello,
I don't know whether this is the right place to communicate with the admins, but I can't find any other.
I created the account JörgML some days ago and I am logged in to the help and profile pages since. But on the data pages it allways says I am not logged in and every attempt fails. I also never received any mail from the system.
May be the umlaut in the user name was a bad idea, but the system did not complain about it.
What can I do to start editing the database? At least I own some books which are missing in there.

- The database and the wiki have separate logins. They use the same username & password, but you have to log into each. To log into the database, go to the main page and on the left menu, below the search box, is a Log In menu option. Sorry we didn't see this before now.
